Scope of application

Gardenia yellow is a water-soluble natural yellow pigment, which is mainly used in the food coloring of flour goods, baked goods, cooked meat products, cocoa products and candy, candied nuts, concoction wine, frozen drinks, seasoning, beverages, fruit, vegetable juice, jelly etc. It can be used in the corresponding category of food according to the amount limit in GB 2760 (Chinese Standards for Food Additives).
